Cancellation, Return&Refund Policy

A cancellation occurs when a consumer returns an item purchased on our Portal. This could be due to poor quality or faulty product that does not meet the requirements as advertised on the platform as at the time of purchase.
In case there is an issue with the product or you are not satisfied with the purchase for any reason, you are at liberty to return the product within 3 days of purchase. You can choose to exchange the product, return it to seller store, or get a refund to your original through the Escrow Payment System.

Please note that returned products must be unworn, in the original packaging, and with the original tags still attached. If the returned items do not satisfy these requirements, your return will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Kindly note that there are exceptions to our return policy stated below:

  • Discounted items from a final sale cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged.
  • Perishable goods, for example, food and drinks, cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged.
  • Beauty products must be returned unused in the original packaging within 3 days of purchase.
  • Items not purchased through the Escrow Payment System on the platform cannot be returned for a refund nor exchanged.
To return a purchased item, follow the steps below:
  1. Email us or call customer service with your order number and state which items you would like to return within 3 days of purchase or delivery.
  2. Make sure the items you’re returning do not have any visible signs of use and have the original labels and tags on.
  3. Ensure that the product is not tampered with in any form.
  4. Package the products into their original packaging.
  5. Put the products into shipment packaging and return to the address on the package
  6. Bring your package to the post and send from your location.
  7. Fill and submit your refund application form for processing on the platform.
After submitting a refund application, the buyer will enter into a negotiation with the seller. During negotiations, seller can either agree or propose a new plan. If the buyer does not respond for more than 7 days, the refund application will be closed automatically.

If the two parties cannot reach an agreement after 3 days of the refund application being submitted, the buyer can apply for pavi.ng intervention or may continue to negotiate with the seller.

If no agreement is reached by the buyer and the seller within 30 days from the date of the complaint, and the Buyer has not requested pavi.ng intervention but has not withdrawn its complaint, on the 31st day from the date of complaint, Pavi will determine whether supporting evidence will be required to be provided by the Buyer and/or the Seller. If supporting evidence is required, then further rules will apply on the provision of such evidence.

During the 30-day negotiation period, if for any continuous 7-day period whereby the Buyer has not responded to the Seller at all, the system will close the complaint case; or if the Seller has not responded to the Buyer at all, the system will escalate the complaint for Pavi.ng intervention. In this case, Pavi makes the final decision.

In a case of return, after all negotiations and agreement has been accepted and concluded, the vendor will be liable to bear the cost therein.

In a case of refund, Pavi.ng will send the buyer an email and the refund will be in buyer’s bank account within 7 days depending on his/her bank.

How can I return my order?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have 100 days to return your items to us.

How do I return a package from my mailbox?
No need to travel to return your items to us. Thanks to the mailbox return, the postman collects your package.

When will I receive my refund?
It may take up to 7 days for your return to be fully processed. Your refund will be made on.

Return conditions
You can return one or more unworn items* free of charge within 7 days. They must be returned in good condition as sent from the Vendor.

We are sorry if your item arrived damaged or defective! Report it to us through your dashboard

I no longer have the return slip
You can make a return even if you no longer have the return label. Login to your dashboard, click on My Orders section and request for return slip

Refund not received
We will reimburse the returned items upon receipt and verification of your return package. The repayment period is within one week

Return multiple orders
To send them back to us, it's very simple! Select the items from the different orders that you want return

Click on Track a Package on the Portal. Enter your 13-character tracking number

I have Delivery error
Have you received an item you did not order? Please return this item indicating the exact situation in your return form filled on the platform.

Is it possible to exchange an item?
We do not offer exchanges but with our FREE return you have 7 days from the date the package was shipped to return. And if you decide to exchange the package, you will be responsible for all the cost including any additional cost in case the prices are not the same.

How much does it cost to return an order?
All returns are completely free! You can return your items through a post office or logistic company nearest to you to the vendor.

Items I cannot return
Certain items cannot be returned: Piercings, earrings, Underwear, cosmetic, care products, food items etc.

Can I return a mask?
We consider fabric masks a hygiene product that cannot be returned.
